bag and quality is too good but the length is not good like chains are short as compared to displayed image but over All bag 10/10

Outstanding bags with extraordinary customer support service ( ordered bag had some wrinkles on it on asking them about the bags they changed it ) wrinkles was due to miss handling by courier service providers
On scale of the 10 they got full marks
